- Coordinate the digital transformation program in the region
- Lead the Customer Journey definition and its declination in the different streams, helping to define use cases and making sure all developments are coherent and maximize reusability
- Voice of the customer within digital, ensuring the final customers and local stakeholders are well represented in the digital transformation
- Agile expert, coordinating a group of Product Owners and their respective squad and aligning priorities
- In charge of all transversal topics managing your own delivery squad managing backlog and priorities
- Taking initiative to solve problems and create new insights trends and products based on data and analytics
- Being a problem-solver with good communication and collaboration skills
- Remove roadblocks (organizational and technical) for solution deployment.
- Project Management and hands-on while being able to coordinate and influence local stakeholders.

- Master's degree in relevant discipline: Business, organizational studies or IT Management
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated experience in leadership of product managers, business analyst or agile scrum master
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and industries
- Experience taking analyzing business process and issues and apply digital solutions while interacting with IT and technical resources in view of implementing agreed solutions
- Experience managing a development squad and technical people in an agile methodology
- Good communication skills, able to communicate the product strategy to the team
- Nice to have: experience using adobe suite: Adobe Experience Management, Adobe Analytics and personalization
- Experienced using CMS and project Management tools
- Able to navigate an environment with high complexity and pressure
- International mindset is a MUST
- Fluent in English, any additional language an asset
- Travel up to 15% is a requirement
