AERON is looking for a PR/Marketing Intern to join our Marketing and Communications department in our Budapest office. The Marketing and Communications department plans and executes the creative strategy at AERON.At AERON we believe authenticity can’t be bought, it must be lived and we welcome and encourage you to apply. Coordinate sample trafficking for global media and wholesale requests
Assemble press kits, fulfill press requests daily
Compile and record clippings and create monthly press reports
Manage gifting requests, liaise with agencies, warehouse, and logistics team
Proactively source and discover new, on-brand talent and media
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
Compile learnings and share best practices across teams to help achieve the most effective campaigns

Keep contact with the warehouse team on a daily basis, keeping the showroom arranged
Keep in touch with local stylists and help them with samples requirements
Work collaboratively with the eCommerce team on collection send-outs and collection launches
Assistance in photo shootings and other production projects

A skilled problem solver who anticipates challenges and finds solutions for them
Communicates with clarity and precision, asks ample questions
Learns fast, organized, and detail-oriented
Passion and interest in the international public relations industry

Requirements:

Great oral and written skills in English
Able to work 20-30 hours a week
Proficient in Excel and data analysis
