Join our team as Inside Sales Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our client relationships and driving business growth. Your mission will be to deliver unparalleled customer service and support, fostering strong and lasting connections with both new and existing clients. Here's how you'll make an impact:Tasks:- Enhance Customer Engagement Proactively nurture client relationships to boost sales and customer loyalty. Be the go-to contact for all client needs, ensuring their journey with us is seamless and positive.- Order Management and Support. Efficiently handle customer orders via phone and ensure our service levels meet agreed standards. Stay available and responsive, guaranteeing client inquiries and orders are addressed promptly.- Enquiry and Quote Coordination. Manage all customer inquiries, especially regarding sales quotes, across various channels such as phone, chat, email, and our web shop. Prepare and oversee quotes, adhering to pricing and compliance guidelines, and coordinate closely with suppliers on special items.- Customer Portfolio Development. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across our full product range. Promote our service offerings and special solutions, including eBusiness and EDI, to meet the diverse needs of our clients.- Customer Re-engagement. Actively work on re-engaging lapsed customers, bringing them back into the fold with our innovative solutions and attentive service.- Market Awareness. Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitive activities. Strategize to outperform competitors and secure our market position.- CRM and Data Management. Keep our CRM and AX systems up to date with regular data entry and campaign management tasks.- Process and Strategy Advocacy. Understand and advocate for efficient process flows, both internally and externally. Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, embodying our company's values and market strategy.- Customer Development Initiatives. Execute tasks from customer development plans in alignment with local management strategies.Profile:- Must be comfortable speaking conversational English and fluent in Hungarian.- Ability to build lasting relationships. Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (cNPS).- Must be able to work collaboratively. Working closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) on bid follow-ups, receivables management, and sales campaign administration. Contribute to CRM and pipeline management for a cohesive sales strategy.- Passionate and comfortable with lead generation. Spot new business opportunities and contribute to customer base expansion, passing leads to KAM for further development.- Ability to analyst performance. Independently analyze sales and customer metrics to identify areas for improvement, driving success for both individual and team objectives.Benefits:
