- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Designs detailed technical solutions to achieve project goals
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks for implementing solutions
- Collaborates closely with development teams to oversee solution implementation
- Evaluates project constraints to identify alternatives, mitigate risks, and potentially re-engineer processes
- Analyze solution performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation and operation
- Document solution designs, provide training and support to developers, and advocate for process improvements
- Completed university studies with a focus on Business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- 5-7 years professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial or operational reporting
- Possess a high level of technical literacy and the ability to analyze in detail
- Extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time
- Experience with project leadership and storytelling type presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent problem-solving attitude, and ability to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations
