Role SummaryLead the Billing Operations teams, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of transactional invoice adjustments across multiple regions. This includes both monetary and non-monetary corrections initiated by internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Stations, and Credit Managers. The role ensures that all adjustments are processed within agreed service levels and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
