- perform research and development efforts on cyber security technologies in connection with the team responsibilities
- build and maintain key vendor relationships, ensure close co-operation with key suppliers and security companies
- establish, maintain and enhance internal stakeholder relationships
- take on day-to-day administrative support for the global security engineering lab
- be responsible for lab asset inventory management
- responsible for security product compliance and risk management
- be responsible for managing the allocated budget
- fully comply with all Citi and Engineering security policies, engineering policies, processes, and best practices.
- provide operational support to the procurement related activities, such as: issuing purchase orders, be the single point of contact with the vendors, ensure that all the goods receipts are documented in P2P, invoice payments, etc.
- the arrived assets are inventoried in the lab inventory system properly,
- the inventory information is up-to-date,
- work with the respective teams to properly onboard any new supplier relationship
- participate in tendering processes and provide support for the engineering team to define the necessary contractual requirements (scope, compliance requirements to be met, etc.)
- provide professional support to address any contractual issues,
- be the SPoC towards RMO teams
- build and maintain up-to-date repository for contracts,
- maintain up-to-date tracker for the ongoing procurement activities to ensure proper oversight.
- Understanding of TCP/IP technologies
- Experience with multiple security disciplines and strong understanding of layered defense concepts.
- Understanding of the cyber security industry key players
- Hands-on experience with security products, such as firewalls or proxies
- Ability to clearly articulate the benefits, risks, opportunities and threats of network architectures
- The candidate must have very strong technical writing skills and be able to communicate ideas and technical subjects clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in English
- Experience in third party management and contract management
- Reliable knowledge of procurement processes
- Accuracy, attention to detail and strong work ethic, comfortable looking at the granular details, yet able to understand the bigger picture and where this data fits in the larger strategic vision
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Quick learner, team orientation, ability to work with counterparts in different areas
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.
