Our partner is engaged in building construction in Central Europe and now they are looking for Electrical Site Engineers to join their growing Hungarian team for a long-term opportunity with professional challenges and diverse assignments in Central Europe.The Electrical Site Engineer acts as the on-site technical and organizational link between the
workforce, team leaders, and the client’s site management. This role combines hands-on
knowledge of electrical systems with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project deadlines, and quality standards.Supervise and coordinate teams of electricians and subcontractors on-site
Review and interpret electrical schematics, installation plans, and technical documentation
Plan daily/weekly work schedules in cooperation with the project manager
Monitor compliance with safety standards (EN 50110, HD 60364) and use of PPE
Provide technical guidance to electricians in cable laying, KNX/BMS device installation, cabinet wiring, and functional testing
Act as the main communication channel between the workforce, company management, and the client’s site supervisor
Verify material availability and coordinate with procurement
Keep progress records, report delays or technical issues, and propose solutionsElvárások / RequirementsDegree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar field
At least 3–5 years of experience in construction site electrical works
Strong knowledge of KNX, BMS, and general building electrical systems
Proven site supervision experience
Basic computer literacy (ETS software knowledge is an advantage)
Communication skills in English or German (both preferred)
Leadership and organizational skills
Quality- and safety-oriented mindset
