Type: Full-time
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday 9.00-18.00 (40hrs/day, 8hrs/week)
- You will lead the onboarding process for new hires.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs.
- Support new hire groups and ensure the quality and effectiveness of training.
- Work with leadership to identify areas for improvement and create solutions.
- Liaise with the Quality, Operations, IT, and HR teams to ensure smooth training processes.
- Manage multiple tasks at the same time with precision and attention to detail.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer focus.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Initiative and strong organizational skills.
- Minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a trainer.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
