
Recruitment & Administration Specialist BC

- Independently managing recruitment processes for production employees - from identifying needs, selecting and verifying candidates, to finalizing offers and employment documentation;
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and team leaders to understand recruitment needs;
- Participating in the creation and implementation of modern candidate sourcing strategies using available tools;
- Supporting candidates and managers at every stage of the recruitment process;
- Coordinating with other departments (production, HR, admin, onboarding) to ensure a smooth process.
- Experience in recruitment (a plus);
- Higher education (preferred fields: HR, psychology, management);
- Good command of English;
- Ability to build relationships, strong communication skills, good work organization, reliability, and a positive attitude;
- Availability for on-site work in the office 5 days a week.
- Comprehensive onboarding;
