- Interface with the customer (Parts Return Center) in the event of warranty cases (Customer Support)
- Implementation, maintenance, and further development of a warranty system –
- Supporting plants in the creation of warranty roadmaps and participating in or conducting lessons learned workshops to ensure the integration of quality-relevant information (Training & Communication)
- Continuous monitoring of the customer's warranty system and regular conversation with customer about the status of field failures
- Understanding field complaints and analysis of root cause
- High school education – manufacturing (advantage)
- Minimum 1 year in the Automotive Industry
- Knowledge of AIAG Quality Planning and Control Plan standards, FMEA, PPAP, dimensional layouts, gage/fixture design, and performance material testing - advantage
- Knowledge of PC software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)
- Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
