Key responsibilities include leading strategic projects, managing performance metrics, and implementing change management strategies.What you'll need to succeedA university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
7–10 years of experience in a global organization, with a strong track record in strategic operations, project management, and organizational development.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive change in a matrix environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
