- Develop and implement long-term sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and vision,
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive sustainable growth,
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver customized, client-focused solutions,
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings to enhance brand presence,
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and sales forecasting through effective use of CRM systems,
- Lead and manage the sales team, including talent acquisition, performance management, and development planning.
- 5+ years of experience in sales in fastening systems / pipeline systems / pipeline insulation systems sector is a must to have (or other part of HVAC and building construction industry sector),
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies with key accounts and sales representatives,
- Experience in managing complex, long-cycle sales processes,
- Hungarian language native speaker, Confident user of English (written and spoken),
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and present complex solutions,
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
- Self-driven, goal-oriented,
- Category B driving license,
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
