Job Description:SUMMARY OF ROLE:
This is an opportunity to join to a successful, dynamic, youthful, and professional team which have made remarkable achievements and developed significantly over the past years.You as the Customer Order Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for post order activities to secure on time delivery of distribution orders and of customer specified product configurations. You will lead the team in the responsibilities of order management, procurement, planning, and inventory control.You are collaborating with customers, with the sales organization (inside & outside), with operations and with finance to secure the fulfillment certainty and improve customer experience.Our strategy is working in a value stream concept, and responsible for the entire execution process, end to end, from customer order system receipt until shipment.With this working structure we provide you a high level of authority and responsibility. Your main tasks will be:- Project & Order management: overall responsibility for allocated engineered product execution and customer relationship with interaction direct European customer- Leading Customer Care activities: provide regular updates and build partnership with customers across multiple European countries- Master scheduling: your team schedule orders and projects, you will have the opportunity to create and maintain your own execution plan align with requirements- Planning: this function elevates you to supervise time have left until completion ensuring the intervention wherever required, and to collaborate with your colleagues at production- Purchasing: your team buy individually the required components and items required to complete customer orders- Inventory Control: responsible for and developing the inventory controls which supports the excellent service level and the future growth for the Business Unit across EuropeIN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Follow and supervise sales orders through the whole execution process- Maintain DIRECT relationship to distributors and other trade customers of Actuation Technologies Europe- Responsible for on time, accurate order acknowledgements and bookings- Responsible for change order process to achieve lead time certainty- Responsible for keeping the respective backlog up-to-date, for work orders timely releases and drives the load of workshop in line with Oracle suggestion and exception messages- Initiate actions to increase customer satisfaction by improving the on-time delivery- Supervise and guide purchase processes as per system demand (daily review, resolution of purchase order tracking & tracing related issues)- Initiate and drive actions throughout the organization to maintain dedicated sales order backlog on time- Proactive customer updates in case of order schedule slippage with recovery actions in place, together with operations- Support NCRs resolution and escalate when necessary- Plan and organize customer inspections if required- Manage several projects in parallel, with an ability to do own workload planning- Ensure your team is utilized to the maximum of its capacity by proper workload planning- Develop your team via improvement programs, project lesson learnt sessions, standard methodology implementation, RCCM analyses- Mid-year and end-year goal setting and performance reviews of the Team- Align with Global Actuation Technologies PE standards- Raise to Management if needed, to meet committed requirements towards customers- Attend project “kick-off” meetings, both internally and externally as per requiredWHO YOU ARE:

- At the least B.Sc. degree in economics/business/logistics or related field or equivalent work experience- Good communication skills both in Hungarian and English.- Fluent English- Willing to learn industry standard processes for Inventory Management- Think Customer behavior is a permanent requirement- At least 3 years proven experience on similar field is advantage- Attention to details as well as the ability to prioritize own workload- Knowledge of business-, management- and project management principles and practices- Strong PC skills including MS Office applications- Experience with Oracle Applications is beneficial- Order Management Process knowledgeSTRENGTHS YOU'LL NEED:
