University degree
Fluent French and English language skills (C1-C2)
Relevant experience in subscription management/ account maintenance/ sales support/ billing/contract management
Flexible, and dynamic personality
Strong and transparent communication skills
Aptitude to articulate complex or technical matters
Capability to comprehend and address intricate issues
Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in uncertain situation

If you join them, your responsibilities will be:

Provides customer support through telephone, email, and chat services; promptly escalates issues when specialized skills or additional capabilities are needed
Handles the resolution of customer issues, including complex account, subscription, and billing scenarios, supporting subscription management.
Achieves and surpasses Customer Support service level goals and KPIs.
Collaborates with internal teams (Sales, Billing, etc.) to expedite issue resolution on behalf of the customer.
