- 7+ years of experience in SAP FI, including full life cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes: G/L, AP, AR, closing, and reporting.
- Experience in leading or managing teams within SAP projects.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- German language skills.
- Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA implementations or rollouts.
- Background in large or mid-sized integration projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Lead end-to-end SAP Finance projects - from implementation and rollout to integration and optimization.
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their financial processes and deliver solutions that bring real business value.
- Take ownership of project success: monitor timelines, manage risks, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Mentor and guide your team, setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Communicate openly with both clients and Deloitte leadership, ensuring full transparency and alignment.
