Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?YOUR ROLE:As Customs Clerk you will be responsible for handling the administrative and documentation aspects of importing and exporting goods. Duties involve ensuring compliance with customs regulations, preparing and processing necessary paperwork, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods across borders.

Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance
Customs import / export of goods (including export shipment invoicing- if the case)
Cooperation with forwarding companies and customs broker
Issuance of requests for classifications (RFC),
Preparation, verification and updating procedures and work instructions for customs processes
Participation in development, effectiveness and reorganization projects for internal needs
Monitoring and control of temporary import and export
Supervision of preferential origin process including preparation of preferential origin calculation, preferential origin certificates
Monitoring and updating the archive

YOUR BACKGROUND:

2+ years of experience in customs processes and law requirements in HU
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with familiarity with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
English knowledge is required
