We are building a new manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Miskolc which will primarily include assembly, and office accommodation.Our Miskolc facility will represent an important regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base and in phase-1, we will employ up to 500 people from the local community in 2023, and will continue to develop the site over time in further phases in line with our ambition to double (or even triple!) the scale of our site.As such, we are investing heavily in the development of state-of-the-art facilities, to ensure our teams have the tools and resources they need to grow, succeed and thrive in our environment.We invest in our people and every employee has a development plan focused on their specific career and learning objectives. Coordination of works carried out by subcontractors on the basis of concluded contracts and orders , m.in. in order to:

- Gates, barriers, turnstiles service- CCTV service & exploatation- Access Control system & Intrusion alarm system- Branding of building (GKN standard)- Inventory of assets- Soft service of building (e.g.furnitures, devices for office)- completion of OT documents (technical acceptance)

Preparation and updating of contracts with subcontractors and supervising their proper implementation.

- supervision of the archive of documentation,- Cleaning service- Security service- Pet prevention- Vending machines

Providing up-to-date documentation for facilities (documenting changes; availability of operating and operating instructions etc.)

Requirements

Minimum one year of work in a technical department with similar responsibilities
Medium or higher education
Communicative knowledge of English
Knowledge of standards and regulations in the field of infrastructure management (Construction Law, ISO 50001, ISO45001, ISO14001)
Computer and office equipment support - MS OFFICE software; AutoCAD
