OverviewKemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is searching for an Area Sales Manager South-East Europe. As Area Sales Manager South-East Europe you will beresponsible for meeting the budgeted sales and gross margin for the region. Leading a team of Country/Area Sales Managers, you will provide strategic guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the success of our sales initiatives.We Are KeminWe are visionaries who see things differently and are inspired by the world around us. Your responsibilities will be:
  • Drive sales success and achieve budgeted sales and gross marginacross all products within a specific species, industry, or country for the region.
  • Lead strategic planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set annual sales budgets and commercial strategies.
  • Communicate project status, sales updates, and strategic direction to the leadership team.
  • Oversee large-scale, national strategic accounts or distributors spanning multiple territories.
  • Provide leadership, managerial support, coaching, and strategic guidance to Sales Managers.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support Sales Managers.
  • Maintain and enhance profit margins through pricing strategies and product innovation.
  • Develop market and customer files, driving effective segmentation and resource prioritization.
  • Utilize CRM databases for effective account management and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans to retain and expand customer relationships.
  • Provide input and support the execution of Key Account Executive strategic plans.
  • Align with Marketing on advertising and promotional activities to ensure regional growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to meet business key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform intervention plans.
QualificationsWho you are?A Sales driven person, with experience in the animal Health and nutrition industry and experience in leading a team.
  • Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Commercial qualifications are a plus
  • 10-15 years of experience in the Animal Health and Nutrition Industry, with significant sales leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to mentor others in the sales process.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on motivating and engaging teams.
  • Proven track record of building effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in coaching and driving accountability within sales teams.
