- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems related to the live SAP S/4HANA application;
- Manage service and change requests within the SAP system, ensuring timely resolution;
- Work independently and mentor junior team members;
- Contribute to ongoing business process improvements and maintain system stability within the SAP environment;
- Deliver functional solutions within internal project initiatives utilizing SAP S/4HANA;
- Manage moderately complex project assignments independently focused on SAP S/4HANA functionality;
- Oversee code reviews and guide developers and testers (when applicable) working on customizations;
- Ensure assigned tickets are tracked, addressed, and delivered according to agreed-upon service levels;
- Own assigned tickets from start to finish, guaranteeing high-quality, on-time delivery within the SAP system;
- Provide dedicated and focused support during critical business activities (e.g., period-end closing, shipping, manufacturing);
- Develop effective solutions aligned with business area needs, leveraging SAP functionalities;
- Collaborate with the solution/architect team to design, configure, test, and train on new business solutions;
- Participate in hyper care phases and assume support responsibilities from project teams transitioning functionalities to ongoing SAP support;
- Deliver application maintenance, including second and third-level support services to global locations (internal customers), adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs);
- Proactively propose system improvements and optimization;
- Offer preventive support for business processes leveraging functionalities;
- Collaborate effectively with business support departments to translate operational needs into practical solutions utilizing SAP S/4HANA capabilities;
- Maintain strong working relationships with technical, solution delivery, architect, analytics, system administration, and authorization teams involved in business support processes for the SAP environment;
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of internal transport and release management procedures;
- Continuously generate ideas for business and process improvements;
- Create and maintain process documentation, including problem, incident, and change management procedures;
- Adhere to best practices for support;
- Manage daily tasks within the global ticketing system;
- Occasional international travel may be required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role with hands-on SAP S/4HANA application management or project experience;
- IT / Business Degree or equivalent qualification;
- SAP certification (preferred);
- Demonstrated expertise with SAP S/4HANA, including configuration and troubleshooting skills;
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP systems in a multinational environment;
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
