- To have an up-to-date knowledge on the ongoings in the sports industry.
- Create sponsorship opportunities for FITEQ, and cultivate, procure and manage partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners.
- Conduct sales outreach through cold calling and emails, schedule meetings, create and customise sales proposals, lead or assist negotiations with potential partners in contractual discussions.
- Assist in the preparation and design of sponsorship sales brochures, pamphlets, advertisements, or other sales materials where required.
- Maintain close relations with partners to create and develop partnership activations initiatives to ensure that clients' KPIs are met, as part of renewal efforts.
- Work together with the event operations team to ensure the fulfilment of all FITEQ partnership contracts.
- Creating post event reports for clients for performance reporting and as part of renewal efforts.
- Assist Head of Partnerships with any other ad-hoc tasks.
- Attend staff meetings and any other official meetings as required
- Attend networking events
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership sales in the sports industry
- Degree in Business, Marketing and Communication is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in teams.
- Resourceful and creative.
- Passion for sports and business.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Ability to work in multiple languages.
