In this role you will:Manage & Coordinate the overall Solutions Design process ensuring that clinical protocols are appropriately mapped to software solutions efficiently, accurately and within project scopeGather and document requirements and specify design components to support those requirements; Representing the Solutions Design team and provide subject matter expertise within client facing meetings as requiredCreate and maintain specifications for study-specific implementations of Clario products and servicesEnsure consistency between trial data capture, data delivery and database structuresCollaborate with Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing (CSTL) to confirm correct versions of copyrighted questionnaires are implementedSupport Solutions Validation/Quality Control testing by addressing any defects associated with the design in a timely mannerCollaborate with other departments to investigate study issues found beyond the startup phase of the studyParticipate or lead parts of internal and external design milestone meetingsServe as additional delegate representing Solution Design in client audits to describe process flows, standards and best practicesPartner with other Clario teams - such as business Development – to assist in reviewing & analysing proposals & protocols for new studiesWhat we look for:BSc, MSc, PhD in a subject related to the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science industry or Computer SciencesA demonstrable understanding of eCOA and Clinical ResearchExperience working in an international environment and managing client relations at all levelsStrong verbal & written communication skills (English Language)Experience working in Clinical Research as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Clinical Research Manager or Project Coordinator / Project Manager (or similar positions) is highly desirablePrevious experience working with with eCOA / ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, or other eClinical / Clinical / Healthcare technology solutions is highly desirableExperience working as a Product Manager / Product Designer / Application Designer / Software Designer (or similar) and experience working with Technology Solutions for the Healthcare industry is highly desirableA genuine interest in and passion for Software Design and and patient focused research!At Clario, we put people first, always.
