- Build and lead the HR service team in the new Shared Service Center
- Initially take over and process selected HR service processes operationally - e.g., payroll preparation, time management, recruiting, or HR administration
- Gradually transition from hands-on involvement to team management and handling of complex operational issues
- Be responsible for HR Service Delivery Management including KPI-based control, quality assurance, and continuous process optimization in areas like:
- HR administration & master data management
- Global mobility
- Payroll preparation & time tracking
- Talent acquisition & learning support
- Job & skill management
- HR reporting & documentation
- Work closely with HR CoEs at HQ and HR managers in Austria and Germany
- Build a motivating and high-performing team culture based on responsibility, appreciation, and continuous development
- University degree in business, HR, or equivalent field
- Several years of HR experience, ideally in an international company
- At least 2-3 years in a Shared Service Center environment focusing on operational HR processes
- Willingness to be hands-on during the setup phase
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Jira)
- High service orientation, independence, and structured work style
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2 in both)
- Ability to act reliably and solution-oriented in a complex international environment
- Key role in building and strategically developing our Shared Service Center
