Their goal is clear: efficient, digitalized operations where lean is not just a tool, but an integral part of the organizational culture.Short descriptionWe are now looking for a committed, proactive Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, who will play a key role in the company’s success, at both operational and strategic levels.Main duties and responsibilities
Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of efficiency across production and related areas
Supporting, coordinating, and preparing capacity-increasing developments
Analyzing and evaluating manufacturing and material flow processes, developing proposals for efficiency improvements
Identifying and implementing lean-driven optimization opportunities
Initiating, implementing, and tracking lean projects
Participating in layout planning and execution, your input will shape both the physical and operational structure
Following up on process improvements, managing changes, and integrating them into the system, you’ll be one of the driving forces behind operations
Developing and monitoring KPI systems
Organizing and conducting training sessions
Supporting management with lean tools and promoting mutual growth
Representing the company within the European APS team, conveying international standards and actively participating in development projects
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and collaborating professionally with the European APS Manager
Required competencies
University degree in engineering or economics
Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
At least 2–3 years of industrial experience (automotive is an advantage, but not a requirement)
Practical knowledge and application of lean methodologies
A lean certification (Green Belt, Six Sigma, APICS — an advantage but not mandatory)
A hands-on attitude and enjoy working on the shop floor
Strong communication skills — you serve as a bridge between the shop floor and management
