IT, telekommunikációprojektmenedzser (IT / telekommunikáció), ERP / CRM specialistRole purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of a combined SAP and MES roll-out project including an important IT infrastructure component for the MES part. He/she is responsible for defining, planning, tracking, and managing the project, for identifying and managing key resources and for providing the direction they require in order to meet the project objectives. He/she carries overall responsibility for the successful deployment of the ERP solution into business locations throughout Europe. The project manager is responsible to manage all phases of the project: preparation, fit/gap, design, configuration and development, testing, training, cut-over and hyper-care. The Project manager is accountable to the Project /Program Management Board for timely, accurate, transparent and objective status reporting relating to project planning, project execution (including data migration), resource management, budgeting, forecasting, risks and issues. Responsibilities: -Ensure that all project goals / milestones are accomplished on time / on budget. -Manage and drive 4 teams (SAP, MES, Infrastructure and Data Migration) towards achieving set goals and objectives. Each team is headed by a Team Leader. -Manage Client escalations and expectations -Prepare detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, deliverables, resource plans. -Prepare and present executive summaries to senior management and manage reporting to all stakeholders periodically. -Identify, recognize and acknowledge stakeholders (internal and external) -Establish communication management plan (engagement meetings, board meetings etc.) -Overall project budget management to ensure cost controllingRequirements: -10+ years of experience in ERP project delivery -Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably steel or aluminium business) -Experience and general knowledge about SAP and/or MES systems -Experience with managing IT infrastructure aspects (networking, server set-up and hosting, security, cloud computing, -etc.) and technical components (PLC’s, Scanners, Printers, …) -Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, must be a team player -Worked in onsite-offshore delivery mode -College or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent) -Project Management methodologies (PMI, Prince 2, Agile/Scrum, …) -Strong written and verbal communicator in English language -Solution builder and consensus seeker -Strong interpersonal skills -Good solution and people management skills -Good overall (project) management skills -Working in a multi-cultural environment -Preparedness to travel (within Europe) for 50% of the timeHydro offers: -Working at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy company -Diverse, global teams -Flexible work environment/home office -We provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from experts -Possibility to grow with the company, gain new certificates -Attractive benefit package
