- Tendering, negotiating and purchasing aircraft, engines and major aircraft components for the airline group;
- Lead or participate in aircraft and engine financing tenders to identify best-priced and most effective financing solutions; manage related contracting projects;
- Manage relationship with a portfolio of aircraft suppliers, OEMs, aircraft lessors and banks; identify and deliver savings and new agreements;
- Ensure that the airline fulfils its obligations under the existing aircraft, engine and financing agreements;
- Participate in the delivery process of new aircraft and engines and support redelivery projects by lease expiries;
- Conduct financial analysis and evaluation related to selection tenders and contracting projects;
- Coordinate process improvement projects, contract development initiatives and innovations in the Fleet acquisition domain;
- Maintain relationship with key, innovative stakeholders in the aviation business;
- Attend supplier events to explore new efficient solutions, business opportunities and products with the aim to improve efficiency and foster the business;
- Support the financial planning and budgeting process in internal systems
- Actively cooperate with Corporate Finance developing the most efficient long-term financing methods and solutions for the company.
- Finalized college or university degree
