Supervision of manufacturing processes in the given area from a technological perspective
Coordination and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Active participation in the installation of new products on the production line
Initiation of smaller projects
Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture
Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processe
Preparation of reports and keeping manufacturing documentation up to date
Collaboration with internal departments
Direct and ongoing communication with suppliers and the LC
Processing and maintenance of data in enterprise resource planning systems (SAP, OFFICE)
Participation in defect analysis in case of high scrap rates; LEAN management (FQA, LPMS, 5S, SIX SIGMA, etc.)

Qualifications:

Technical Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Negotiation-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning system
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
Familiarity with LEAN enterprise management system
Project-oriented approach and strategic thinking
High level of independence, decisiveness, and initiative
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Precise work execution with a quality-oriented mindset
