Apply now to be part of their success.Strategic Sourcing Development:Design and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories (Fleet&IT), ensuring alignment with global procurement goals and value-for-money principles.Category Management:Lead sourcing and procurement activities for core categories, including vehicles/fleet, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical teams.Framework Agreements:Manage the full lifecycle of long-term Framework Agreements—from supplier selection and negotiation to implementation, amendments, and renewals.End-to-End Procurement Execution:Oversee the complete procurement process, including tenders, quote requests, purchase order placement, and coordination with finance for timely payments.Global Alignment & Integration:Ensure local and regional procurement strategies are aligned with global category plans and stakeholder requirements.Stakeholder Engagement:Drive change management initiatives to align global and regional stakeholders with sourcing strategies and ensure consistent execution.Supplier Relationship Management:Negotiate with suppliers, lead development programs, and apply market intelligence to build sustainable, high-performing supplier relationships.Market Intelligence & Cost Optimization:Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and cost modeling to identify savings opportunities while balancing quality, speed, and risk.Governance & Compliance:Support procurement reviews, ensure policy compliance across regions, and provide regular reporting to global and regional leadership bodies.Elvárások / RequirementsUniversity degree in Business, Economics, Procurement, Engineering, IT or other relevant area or proven professional experience in the area of expertise
Comfortable and experienced working within matrix organizations, both in terms of reporting lines and cross-functional collaboration
Fluent in English with confident communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience in fleet procurement is an advantage
