- Reporting to the local CEO and HQ Portfolio management
- As part of an international capability team, predominantly overseeing accounts delivered from Hungary, with a global and regional portfolio
- Apart from existing work-streams, active part taking in new business generation
- Own client relationship end-to-end. Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs, and presenting innovative solutions
- Lead and oversee the client servicing teams to ensure exceptional delivery of services and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high levels of communication with clients both virtually and in person
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations, driving performance and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative, development and delivery, to drive creative tech solutions that align with client objectives
- Creating long- and short-term strategy across all Digital and non-Digital channels
- Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the client services department
- Upselling our services to all current clients
- Be integral in the preparation and delivery of new business acquisition and client pitches. Some elements of project management is also required, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior client-facing role within a digital marketing or technology agency
- A strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful creative tech deliveries and digital campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive client growth and satisfaction
- Previous demonstrable experience of client account growth and new business acquisition. Knowledge of wider digital marketing industry verticals and trends
- A background in digital planning and strategy
- A team player attitude, willing to share knowledge, discuss approaches and tactics
- The ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to think outside the box: not afraid to create new things from scratch & start own initiatives
- In-depth experience in client relationship management, client success management, dispute handling, as well as digital trends and business methodologies
- Prior experience or knowledge in technologies or software delivery can be an advantage
- Excellent level of English knowledge
