• Designing Corporate lending processes focused on simplifications and optimizations in line with Group standards and Regulatory framework
• Participation and contribution in Risk Management topics for development and implementation of Corporate IT (lending) tools and Corporate Lending related projects
• Coordination and implementation of Corporate Lending Policies in local governance framewor
• Execution of 2nd level control activities
• Coordination of task and activities between Risk and Business Divisions and Group Risk Management
• Working in fast-paced environment with high level of independency and ability to quickly respond to regulatory changes, developments and portfolio trends

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills combined with structure thinking and ability for holistic overview
• Working experience in Strategic Credit Risk Management, Corporate business/product management or Credit operations
• University degree in economics or business administration
• High proficiency in English
• MS Office knowledge
