Estimating for service repair work within our service branch in Budapest
Reviewing the Service Technician's service reports
Producing quotations for remedial works
Submitting quotations to the customer

QualificationsWhat we are looking for in you:

Experience in estimating for service repair work (ideally within the crane or lifting industry - desirable, but not essential)
Technical degree (mechanical or electrical)
Solid administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Siebel is a plus
Ability to meet weekly performance targets and deadlines
A real team player who thrives in a busy service office environment
Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Native or fluent Hungarian, with good English skills
Excellent customer service skills (both verbal and written) is a plus
