This is about more than compliance — it’s about enabling secure business, managing financial crime risks, and ensuring that our global partnerships are built on trust.,
  • Conduct thorough onboarding and periodic reviews of counterparties, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC standards.
  • Research internal and external sources, screen for adverse media, and build clear risk profiles.
  • Escalate concerns and red flags to senior stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of reviews, prioritizing effectively.
  • Collaborate with commercial, compliance, and legal teams across multiple regions.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and knowledge sharing to enhance efficiency.

  • You hold a university degree in finance, law, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in compliance, control, or financial services.
  • You possess solid knowledge of CDD, financial crime, and sanctions risks.
  • You can manage competing priorities and deliver accurate results under pressure.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders globally.
  • You are fluent in English (minimum B2 level across reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Previous experience in commodities trading or financial services environments.
  • Familiarity with large-scale corporate compliance structures.
  • Knowledge of automation or process improvement tools related to due diligence.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.
