Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals
Provide clear leadership for the development of an environment that is delivering Quality
Ensure quality-process links with customers in line with the Quality Management system (including: IATF 16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Controls Plans and oversee continued EOS compliance.
Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers
Work proactively with all Managers, Supervisors and Employees, to maintain a continuous improvement approach within their areas of responsibility. Lead the problem solving methodology and build on quality culture.

YOUR BACKGROUNDKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Preferable 3 years engineering or quality management experience
Team building skills
Communication skills
Customer oriented
Good analytical skills to ensure effective analysis of customer complaints and internal quality problems.
Knowledge of VDA/AIAG standards
Knowledge of customer requirements
Fluent in English
