About this Position Optimize injection moulding processes by validating tools, analyzing production data, and resolving technical issues. Drive quality, efficiency, and cost improvements across supplier networks through continuous improvement and process standardization.What you´ll do
  • Drive knowledge transfer for new suppliers and foster best-practice sharing across the injection moulding supplier network.
  • Streamline peripheral processes and optimize system interfaces to maximize production consistency and output quality.
  • Validate moulds to ensure production readiness and quality compliance.
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes across the supplier network to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity, while driving OEE improvements at supplier sites.
  • Assess new suppliers, with a focus on our 2K injection moulding technology.
  • Lead Run@Rate validations to verify supplier readiness and production capability.
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analyses to resolve short- and long-term process issues, ensuring sustainable improvements.
  • Manage technical crisis situations with suppliers, securing rapid and effective resolutions.
  • Define and implement state-of-the-art standards to prevent CCMS cases and maintain operational excellence.
What makes you a good fit
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field (Bachelor's degree considered if supported by strong relevant experience)
  • Ideally 5-10 years of professional work experience in injection moulding
  • Proven expertise in automotive standards
  • Open-minded, solution-oriented, and comfortable thinking outside the box
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assess, optimize, and innovate manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts clearly
  • Fluent English is required
  • German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Flexibility and availability for frequent travel (approx. 50%)
