AVL Hungary Kft. offers a job in Hungary (HU) asSoftware Order Fulfillment SpecialistRESPONSIBILITIES:

Execution of customer orders according to Order Fulfillment processes
Handling and processing software orders in SAP
Administration and data maintenance on AVL software delivery portals
Provide customer support related to licensing and access to the Self-Service Portal, on a casual basis
Preparation of service certificates
Creation & maintenance of software installed base
Software license generation and administration, using specific digital tools and systems
Support for change management and sustainability of software product nomenclature in SAP
Bills of materials, master data, routine plan, maintenance of sales articles
Support for internal structures and the global sales organization in area of software order fulfilment processes and related topics
Meet professional KPI targets, analyze deviations and initiate improvements
Contribute to continuous improvement processes of AVL software business, related IT systems and tools
Provide the relevant support and share expertise in software products, related processes and projects

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor / Master degree in applied sciences, business or comparable
Experience in SW business environment is a must
Confident SAP user (other ERP systems can be considered)
Basic programming skills would be beneficial
Outgoing personality with good communication skills (teamwork is our core value)
2+ years of relevant experience
Assertive communication style, solution-oriented approach
Initiative and commitment towards customer orders timelines
Proficiency in English is a must, German is an advantage
