Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defence and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary's leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike. International Network - Find and connect the right IT contacts in each country
Keep a clear, up-to-date directory of who's who and how to reach them
Build trusted relationships across teams and geographies
Communication Tools - Introduce tools like MS Teams, Gate, SharePoint, and ConnectIT
Make sure everyone has access to what they need, no matter where they are
Align on which tools to use for what (and when)
Meetings & Governance - Set up a scalable meeting structure for international collaboration
Define rhythms, participants, and purpose
Help plan, run, and improve these meetings
Ways of Working Together - Define how cross-country teams collaborate and escalate
Standardize common workflows and templates
Promote shared best practices and ensure that they are actually used
Change Support & Enablement - Support the toward more integrated ways of working
Help new joiners get up to speed with our tools and methods
Be a central contact for adoption
Support building a smooth global onboarding journey
Development & Planning - Spot roadblocks and propose practical improvements
Partner with IT leaders to align on what really matters
Keep people informed with regular updates
Help integrate new countries and teams into the collaboration model

What you will need for successful work

Background in IT, Business Information Systems, Law, or something similar
5+ years working in customer facing roles (projects, service management/design or solution design) in international setups
Confident with digital collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.
Skilled at stakeholder management and network building with proven track record in leading or at least participating in related initiatives
Strong communicator - clear, structured, and engaging
Fluent in English
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
Thinks in systems, acts with structure
Self-organized and takes initiative
Excellent at coordination and follow-up
Can navigate complex stakeholder setups with confidence and diplomacy
