Join our team to contribute your skills and creativity to our client portal, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talent and make a meaningful impact.In this position you will be working with the Online Editor and support in researching, planning, writing, and editing web content.Currently, we are working on piloting our very young client portal. We want to keep it attractive through innovative, personalized content adapted to the customer and thus significantly increase the customer base/usage over time. In this position you will also be part of the website team and support content creation processes in this team.You should have an eye for detail and basic understanding of the requirements of web writing.Job Description:

All-rounder who is motivated to work at the intersection of text, web design, and technology with technical knowledge, as well as special interest in media and information technology
Work in close collaboration with the editors for the client portal as well as t-systems.com to prepare contents
Create, maintain, and publish content for chosen clients for our client portal in alignment with key stakeholders
Prepare and support collaboration with the account management teams, across marketing organization and IT department for refining, launching, and updating contents into the client portal

Qualifications

Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
1st experience in business context e.g. in sales/marketing, journalism, media or PR
Student at a reputed college/ university
Bachelor's degree in business management/Marketing is a plus
Basic understanding of sales/marketing activities in IT industry
Fluent in German and English (including excelling German writing skills)
Knowledge of writing styles and techniques and text editing in German and English
Understanding of the creation, maintenance, and publishing of websites
Basic Knowledge of digital image editing and screen design
Communicative, creative, and ambitious personality
Ability to learn fast, adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and agile environment
Energetic team player, self-motivator, with the ambition to work independently whenever required
Mental agility, ability to abstract, ability to reduce a lot of information to the essentials
Knowledge of Core Media CMS and/or Salesforce Suite would be a plus!
