Procurement Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines. Develop procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.2. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.3. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements. Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
4. Order Management: Place purchase orders and track their progress to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.5. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor procurement budgets and ensure purchases align with project financial goals. Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications. Provide regular reports on procurement status and performance metrics.7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and finance, to align procurement activities with project objectives.8. Claim managament: Recognizing claims early, drive claims intercompany, support coopdepartment9. Intenal/external FARMOUT process owner: Standard process owner task from PO publish through order management to receiving coordination,
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Willingness to travel in Europe
  • Professional English language skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP
