7+ years of experience in Financial Services, either working as an advisor or in industry, with emphasis on Regulatory Compliance and/or Risk Management.
Banking experience is a must, Insurance or Asset Management is experience is a plus.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Advanced logical and analytical skills.
People and/or project management experience.
Attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks across daily deadlines.
Proficiency in both Hungarian and English is a must; German is a plus.
Proficient use of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a must.
Relevant certifications (e.g. FRM, PRM) are plus but not required.
For Quantitative Risk Management professionals only:

strong statistical modelling knowledge and skills, including languages such as R, Python and VBA.
SAS and SQL are a plus.

Your future role🟢Project delivery - Act as Project Manager for Risk and Regulatory projects all the way from initial client engagement to successful delivery, including scope, quality, timelines, teams and budgets, supported by our team.🟢Client relationship management - Take an active role in fostering our current and future FSI client relationships in Hungary and Internationally, from small and focused one-to-one client discussions to supporting conferences and events.🟢Subject Matter Expert contributions - Deliver high-quality proposals and projects across our Service Offerings as a:

Quantitative Risk Management professional, for example through developing and validating Credit Risk models, reviewing ICAAP/ILAAP methodologies or quantifying Climate Risks; AND/OR:
Regulatory Compliance professional, for example through addressing Bank Resolvability requirements, re-designing Credit Risk Processes and drafting new Policies, reviewing Green Products or strengthening 3 Lines of Defense operating models.

🟢Team development - Share your skills and knowledge through developing junior colleagues on the job, while coordinating their work. Become the carrier coach of 1-3 junior colleagues over and above daily tasks, supporting their development in a strategic manner.🟢Self-development - Develop your advisory, management and technical skills, supported by your career coach, trainings (e.g. by the Deloitte EMEA University in Paris), professional coaching and qualifications.
