  • Defining and monitoring painting processes
  • Installation and development of production equipment
  • Introduction and coordination of new products, development of production concepts
  • Maintaining the technical level of painting technology
  • Supervision of production equipment: management of technical documentation, development of requirements for new production equipment, occupational safety supervision
  • Professional support for production
  • Liaising with external/internal partners

  • Engineering degree - preferably in the field of mechanical, mechatronics or electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of spray painting technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar painting technologies
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Knowledge of different production technologies
  • Technical approach

  • Experience in an automotive company
  • Knowledge of automotive standards
  • PLC/PC programming skills
  • Machine design / quality assurance knowledge
