  • Review and analyze category financial performance, support strategic decision-marking.
  • Own quarterly and annual financial forecasting process for selected categories, identify key trends, risks and opportunities. Present to country finance and business leaders.
  • Perform month-end close activities, prepare financial reporting and detailed analytics.
  • Support the commercial & marketing team in understanding key variances and identifying course correction opportunities.
  • Review investment appraisals (Value Chains & New Product development).
  • Ensure financial settlement of contractual agreements with our strategic brand owners.
  • Drive opportunities to standardize/simplify/automate systems and processes efficiently.
Expectations
  • University degree in economics or finance
  • Professional experience in controlling, business planning, business analysis, accounting, or financial audit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills
  • At least intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive attitude and dynamic personality, not afraid of challenges
  • Strong desire for professional and personal development
  • Sense of responsibility for the supervised business area or process
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Advantage: Power BI experience and/or working towards CIMA CGMA qualification
