Program duration: Three years Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments in 2 different countries. Two assignments are in commercial area meaning it is a role in the sales organization and one assignment is in the operations area which will help you to gain experience in supply chain and manufacturing part of our business. Potential Commercial Assignment include: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, inside sales, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on. Potential Operations Assignments include: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on. The program begins in September 2025, with the initial location in Budapest, Hungary, where you will work as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will provide technical support (pre-sales, commissioning, and after-sales) to internal and external customers and the sales organization. You will act as the first point of escalation for hardware and software inquiries and troubleshooting, covering commissioning resolutions, pre-sales, and post-sales inquiries. Additionally, you will support process documentation, knowledge sharing, tools deployment, and contribute to customer satisfaction and team technical knowledge. Strong English capabilities (any other European language is an advantage such as German, Italian, Dutch, French or Spanish) Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering by August 2025, (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering etc.) A master's degree in these fields is a great advantage Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience) Effective communication
