Our culture is based on transparency, flexibility, and supportive leadership, so if you are ready for something different than just another job, apply now!About key responsibilities in a nutshell:We are seeking a Configuration Manager (CM) to join our team and provide professional support for our partners in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate is a versatile team player capable of working both independently and within a group dynamic. They possess a keen interest in the technology developed by the teams they support, enabling seamless integration and communication. Enjoyment of working with data, an explorer mindset, and a detail-oriented attitude are all crucial for this position as they drive precise and accurate configuration management. Additionally, flexibility and adaptability are essential as supporting teams across the globe may require working hours that vary from typical time zones.As a consultant, you will operate within an international work environment, based in our Budapest office.What would be your tasks as a Configuration Manager (CM)?The CM's primary responsibility is to handle, along directives, the different products' releases in a product lifecycle management system.To achieve that, additional objectives may come into play (it is usually product dependent):

Archiving documents
Archiving source code in GitCA
Archiving binaries in ACA
Creating, updating and maintaining documents in relation to the release
Communicating with the development team
Attending, and upon need, organizing meetings
Managing 3PP dependencies on product and component levels
Collecting required release-specific information from the teams

Grundläggande kvalifikationer

Understanding how a SW development team operates (coding is not a must, but could be an advantage)
Basic knowledge of version management tools, e.g. Git, Gerrit, GitLab, ClearCase, etc.
Basic knowledge of collaboration platforms, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
Great communication skills in English
People skills, such as patience, empathy, conflict resolution, and again, communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (it mostly limits to Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Power Point)
Being able to perform under high pressure and with close deadlines
Managing personal backlog, prioritizing, multitasking

Previous experience as a CM
Any popular programming language
Advanced Excel skills
