- Ensure desktop support internal processes and procedures are adhered to
- Manage incidents/ service requests assigned to them until resolution/ execution
- Provide support to local and remote users
- Handle end-user escalation effectively and involve the EUC Manager accordingly
- Route/assign tickets to appropriate support group if necessary identifying and escalating high priority, high severity issues
- Updating pending tickets with timely, precise, and accurate updates
- Following up with end users or support groups, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets
- Creating and uploading knowledge-base articles
- Provide support to internal projects and ensure all assigned project deliverables are completed
- Understanding of Microsoft (MS) Windows 10/11, MS M365, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, network cabling, and patching
- Perform application support, Samsung and iPhone mobile device support, PC imaging, and housekeeping
- Hands and feet support for all IT Digital towers (Network, Security, Windows, Linux, and Unified Communications towers)
- 5 years plus experience in an IT support role
- Understand requirements on the vision and roadmap on End-user space
- Ability to design, deploy, and manage end-user computing environment
- Good experience in the core End User services domain
- Knowledge of computers/ Laptops/ Printers/ peripheral troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Office applications, MS O365, security clients, patch management, etc.
- Experience and knowledge in various methodologies and models for end-user services delivery
- Awareness and experience in practice development initiatives
- Must have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Windows Operating systems (MS Windows 10 and 11)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian and English
- Work well in team environments and be self-motivated/self-starting
- Strong listening skills and ability to innovate and brainstorm around business ideas and needs
- Flexibility to support migration issues on the go, without supervision, deal with ambiguity, self-motivated and results-driven
- Able to derive results in an ambiguous setting and accomplish results in line with business needs
- Troubleshooting knowledge of Linux and MAC Operating systems
- This role is a full-time role in the Szekesfehervar office location
