Legal Counsel (telecommunication),be yourself and make a difference in the world.In this 2-year fixed-term role, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • provide legal support for strategic business initiatives and projects
  • represent Yettel Hungary before regulatory authorities, courts, and external stakeholders
  • draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legally significant documents
  • develop, implement, and enforce internal policies and procedures
  • advise management on legal aspects of strategic and operational decisions
  • ensure legal compliance across business processes and product development
  • conduct legal risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies, ensuring follow-through
  • deliver high-quality legal advice to various departments within Yettel Hungary
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
  • master's degree in Law and successful completion of the BAR exam
  • minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
  • eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • high level of accuracy and ability to manage periods of intense workload
  • strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • sound judgment in assessing legal and commercial risks, with the ability to balance them against business objectives
  • proficiency in English (including legal terminology), both written and spoken
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • professional demeanor, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
  • strong command of MS Office applications
  • a results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence
  • experience in telecommunications law, competition law, or privacy law is an advantage but not a strict requirement
  • LLM degree or equivalent international experience is appreciated but not required
