
Procurement Intern - Global Indirect Spend

- Compile and validate global travel spend data (by region, airline, etc.)
- Assist with preparing dashboards, reports and presentations for (e.g. quarterly business reviews, cost tracking, productivity)
- Track supplier performance KPIs (service levels, online adoption, advance booking
- Maintain contract databases and renewal trackers
- Track contract terms, expirations, and SLA performance
- Support meeting scheduling and follow-ups with suppliers or regional stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs), i.e. (e.g. compiling current volumes, pricing baselines, tender analysis, data consolidation, etc.)
- Conduct market and industry research
- Assist with sustainability and CSR related projects/programs: tracking, reporting, etc.
- Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary in Supply Chain or Logistics, for at least one more year
- Strong English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interest in business travel, procurement, and supplier management.

- It is a plus if you:
- Have experience with procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa).
- Have knowledge of airline or TMC industry trends
- Had prior internship or work experience in procurement, travel
- Flexible and hybrid working schedule: 30-40 hours / week, with a possibility of home office

- Working from home is possible, but please note that office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
- Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
