Your tasks will be: -2nd or 3rd level technical application support based on various technologies (like Apache Tomcat, basic Linux based Application Operation, scripting, JAVA based applications) -ITIL based ticket administration and documentation -(Incident and Change Management) -participation in customer and vendor calls -providing on-call support -solving complex problems, doing Root Cause Analysis -capacity planning, performance tuning, optimization related activities -automation related scripting tasks -knowledge sharingQualifications -college/university degree or equivalent certificates or work experience -at least 2 years experience in a relevant IT field -knowledge of Linux (including Bash scripting experience) -experience with operating Java application servers -fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German -reliable, conscientious, open personality -willingness to continuous learning, and working in a teamAdvantages: -Agile methodology knowledge (eg.
