- Facilitate the launch of products and services within required timelines, ensuring compliance with global obligations
- Serve as the primary contact for the Trust by Design process, guiding Product Managers through the process seamlessly
- Manage SLAs and reporting for the Legal, External Affairs, and Tax pillars of Trust by Design
- Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of product governance and risk management processes
- Act as a strategic Business Partner to the Product community throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate trust and compliance into key processes and decisions
- Ensure clear and consistent risk decision-making processes are followed
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and prioritize demands effectively
- Experience managing multiple demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully running global projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of product governance and product risk management principles is desirable
- Subject matter expertise in areas such as Consumer law, Regulation, Privacy, Fraud, Cyber Security, Lawful intercept, Trade controls, Human rights, and IPR is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English is required
