- Participate in the layout planning and optimization adjustment of each production line, and complete the preparation of relevant process documents.
- Participate in the process validation of products and production lines, the formulation of process parameters and the supervision of process implementation after mass production.
- Participate in the analysis and improvement of the abnormal situation of each product process, formulate measures and follow up the implementation to ensure that the abnormal problems are solved in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in the review, verification, problem analysis and improvement of equipment/tooling/fixture/gauge to ensure that the equipment/tooling/fixture meets the production process requirements.
- Participate in the development and verification of new process and new technology of products.
- Over 1 years of relevant working experience, major in science and engineering is preferred.
- Familiar with the manufacturing process of frame/front compartment beam/air conditioning/brake/injection molding products is preferred.
- Grasp the compilation methods of process standards and process documents, and understand the characteristics of relevant production equipment and materials.
- Master CATIA/UG/CAD and other design software, can use common robot brand programming and debugging, skilled computer operation, flexible use of excel, word, ppt and other office software.
- Have good communication skills, stress resistance, work conscientiously and responsibly.
- Able to speak English and Hungarian for daily work communication.
