You’ll work closely with various teams to meet customer needs and production targets.Your responsibilities:
- Develop and manage daily and weekly production plans, aligning with production capacities and customer requirements.
- Oversee scheduling for multiple production lines, ensuring deadlines and resource needs are met.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, project management, and other internal teams.
- Adjust resources proactively to handle unexpected events.
- Maintain ERP data for supply and stock management.
- Join/lead regular planning meetings.
- Degree in Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field (higher education preferred).
- Experience in production planning or logistics in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- English at B2 level or above.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
