Technical Manager

• Lead of Packaging technical department (autonomous technical organization of HUPCK) through team leaders, overall lead and development/performance management of team professionals, setting priorities and support the team in execution of the tasks. Represents the technical department in the leadership team of the Packaging Site.
• Preparing and meeting annual packaging maintenance cost and maintenance (development) plans, tracking and ensuring implementation.
• Development and continuous improvement of all maintenance standards. (Preventive maintenance strategy development and deployment.)
• Support/Lead of new machine takeover and validation, overall documentation of takeover (FAT, SAT) and execution of any consequitive changes in already existing process/integrated systems documentation
• Technical support and contact with internal and external suppliers and organizations. Support the Procurement Department with clear specifications, expectations.
• Preparing, managing and supporting technical improvement projects, scheduling and supervising the roll out procedure. Benchmarking and best practice sharing with other packaging sites through the Global Packaging Technical Platform
• Organizing, leading and documenting improvement meetings, participating in daily/weekly/monthly packaging meetings.
• Analysis and investigation of machine and system operation.
• Recommendation for initiating and leading/supporting the implementation of continuous improvement projects.

• Technical higher education (Preferred: Mechanical or electrical engineer education).
• Fluent English knowledge both written and verbal.
• 5-7 years of experience in the field of mass production
• 1-3 years of experience in leader function
• User level computer skills (MS-Office).
• Have a systematic approach to problem solving
• Have good communication skills and be able to establish and maintain effective contact with company personnel, supplier and contractors
